9. MAGI

Magi was born when brand owner Nergiz got a yeast infection (relatable)! 🙋

Nergiz’s gynecologist recommended cotton underwear, but as cotton is very water-thirsty and needs lots of pesticides to grow, Nergiz tried to find a hemp alternative 🍃

However, they couldn’t find any cute hemp underwear so decided to make their own!

Hemp is one of the most sustainable fabrics for clothing as the plant doesn’t need pesticides or fertilizers to grow, meaning there is very little soil pollution and instead regenerates the soil! ♻️

Like bamboo, it is a strong, breathable and antimicrobial fabric! It grows quickly, using less land and less water than cotton, and can grow in any climate... it also takes in so much CO2 when being grown, that it’s actually a carbon-negative fabric! ❤️

Price point : £20 knickers, £30 bralettes

 Style: Comfy basics
